Administrative Assistant

R.W. Fernstrum & Company is seeking a highly motivated, proactive, detail-oriented administrative assistant to handle reception, accounts payable, and event planning among other varied duties.

 

Requirements:

A minimum of a high school diploma (associate’s degree is preferred), experience in an office setting, and an excellent track record of organizing, managing, and proactively planning for upcoming tasks and events. Other duties may include office supply purchases, stocking of supplies, assisting in managing the company calendar, and data entry in the company’s ERP system to name a few.  Depending on experience, training, abilities, and performance, other responsibilities are also available that may provide the opportunity for growth within the organization.

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Pay: $20 – $25 per hour

  • 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Education:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma (associate’s degree is preferred)
