Position Summary:

• Supervision and performance of all necessary accounting functions
• Development and management of financial planning and forecasting
• Management of company reception, A/P, A/R, shipping coordination, and IT
• Management and execution of all human resources functions
• Key participant on the executive leadership team

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in financial planning and finance to develop and execute financial strategies effectively. Skill and comfort in reporting financial performance to owners
• Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and managing financial statements and financial reporting
• 5+ years of experience in financial management
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in building and maintaining work-related relationships with all levels of people
• Strong organizational and leadership acumen
• Proven ability to manage all financial aspects of a manufacturing organization and work collaboratively with executive leadership
• Strong command of the English language
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Broad understanding of Human Resource management concepts, methodologies and practices, and basic legalities pertaining to labor law

• Exceptional Analytical Skills for identifying trends, forecasting, and making data-driven decisions
• Experience with Epicor Kinetic and/or multiple ERP/MRP systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Experience:

• Manufacturing and engineering-related industries
