Joe’s career at Fernstrum began in 2014. He has customers in domestic and international marine markets. His military background and attention to detail, gives Joe an edge on delivering the precise solution for the optimum performance. Joe is a member of WEDA and PVA and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Public Relations from University Wisconsin Green Bay.

Joe specializes in building trusted relationships with customers by walking them through the process to a fully-customized solution. Joe enjoys working for a 4th generation family company and believes that the feeling of respect transcends to his team members and onto his customers. He loves getting to know customers on a personal level and truly understanding their needs.
When not working Joe spends time with his family and can usually be found outdoors, hunting, golfing, or watching kid’s sports.
