The first EPA Tier IV tug to arrive on the U.S. East Coast. The Capt. Brian A. McAllister is a 100’x40′ tug featuring 6,700 hp and over 80 metric tons of bollard pull – built by Horizon Shipbuilding for McAllister Towing. R.W. Fernstrum supplied WEKA Boxcoolers for the project to cool the 3516E Tier IV Caterpillar engines.
