Bryce started at Fernstrum in 2019, immediately after graduating from NWTC with a welding technical diploma. Having originally started cutting tubes for the GRIDCOOLER® Keel Cooler, Bryce made his way up the production process to eventually brazing the headers, giving him an in-depth knowledge of the product.

A career in sales was not what he had initially considered when he started at Fernstrum, however, in 2023, Bryce joined the sales team as a Sales Representative eager to bring a fresh perspective to the team. He is excited to use the knowledge and experience gained from building the product to help customers find the best solutions.

Bryce loves the outdoors and when he is not working can be found hunting, fishing, golfing, downhill skiing or riding his motorcycle. He also enjoys being active in the community through local hunting organizations and volunteering with the American Legion.
