Todd joined his Grandfather’s company straight from college and has spent over 30 years with Fernstrum. Focused on the entire manufacturing process, Todd is responsible for R&D/ new product development, machine capital and technology investments– ensuring Ferstrum remains a global leader in the marine industry. Todd is a member of AWS, ASQ and ASME.

Todd has seen many changes over the years and is proud that the Fernstrum name remains synonymous with quality and performance, all over the globe. With a passion for process optimization, Todd has efficiently streamlined the Fernstrum manufacturing process and customer lead times, while improving quality and product innovation. He enjoys working closely with the design team to create a one-of-a-kind, world-class product that bears his family’s name.
When not working Todd enjoys time with his wife and 2 kids in Menominee, MI, hunting, snowmobiling, and keeping up his property.
